Chances are you have completed an online survey or poll of
some form. In fact, visit most news organization websites and
you'd be
hard pressed not to find an online survey
asking for
your opinion about a world event or who you'll be voting for
in the next election. Online surveys provide a quick and easy
way for organizations to collect information about individuals'
perceptions on events.
Many companies have also quickly realized the advantages of collecting
feedback via online surveys and have adopted them as their main
vehicle for conducting employee opinion and 360-degree feedback
surveys.
